When visiting our website, we do not process any data, unless you ask a quick question or fill in the contact form. In that case, RG TEGEL (as the data controller) processes the data you provide in the contact form in order to get in contact with you. In addition, data provided through direct contact with you is also processed. This data is not systematically processed, but is logged for contact purposes. The customer will at all times have the right to access their personal data and can improve them/have them improved if they are inaccurate or incomplete, remove them, restrict how they are processed and object to their processing, in accordance with Article 6.1 (f) of the GDPR, including profiling based on those conditions.
Moreover, the customer has the right to obtain a copy (in a structured, conventional and machine-readable form) of their personal data and to have the personal data forwarded to another company.
For the purpose of implementing the above-mentioned rights, the customer is asked to:

The customer has the right to object (at no cost) to any processing of their personal data used for direct marketing.
