RG Tegel, policy on data processing (GDPR)
Your personal information
When visiting our website, we do not process any data, unless you ask a quick question or fill in the contact form. In that case, RG TEGEL (as the data controller) processes the data you provide in the contact form in order to get in contact with you. In addition, data provided through direct contact with you is also processed. This data is not systematically processed, but is logged for contact purposes. In such cases, processing of data is based on the contractual relationship or on preceding contact regarding contract negotiation.
The RG TEGEL website contains cookies with the sole objective of facilitating and optimising site visitation and to allow use of the contact form. You are not tracked as you browse the website. For more information about the cookies, we refer you to the WordPress website (version > 4.0 and information not related to a specific version).
RG Tegel collects and processes the personal data of customers for customer and order management purposes (e.g. customer administration, correspondence regarding orders/deliveries, invoicing, solvency matters, and for sending marketing and personalised ads).
Legal grounds for processing
Personal data is processed in accordance with Article 6.1. (f) (necessary for the purposes of the legitimate interests pursued by the controller) of the General Data Protection Regulation.
Transfer to third-parties
If necessary for the facilitation of the before-mentioned objectives, the customer’s personal data will be shared with other businesses within the European Economic Area that are directly or indirectly affiliated with RG Tegel or with any of RG Tegel’s partners.
RG Tegel guarantees that these recipients have the necessary technical and organisational measures in place to ensure the protection of your personal data.
Personal data processed for customer management purposes will be retained for the period necessary to comply with legal requirements (including in the area of accounting/administration).
Right to access, improvement, removal, restriction, objection and transferability of personal data
The customer will at all times have the right to access their personal data and can improve them/have them improved if they are inaccurate or incomplete, remove them, restrict how they are processed and object to their processing, in accordance with Article 6.1 (f) of the GDPR, including profiling based on those conditions.
Moreover, the customer has the right to obtain a copy (in a structured, conventional and machine-readable form) of their personal data and to have the personal data forwarded to another company.
For the purpose of implementing the above-mentioned rights, the customer is asked to:
- manually adjust their settings in their customer account;
- and/or e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org
The customer has the right to object (at no cost) to any processing of their personal data used for direct marketing.
